Text Box: Gamma International Egypt  Being the youngest member in Gamma Group, initially established in 1984, Gamma International Egypt was established late 2003 as a "Private Free zone", with a Factory area of 13800 sq. meters & 18’000’000 US$ worth of investments.  Gamma International Egypt is one of the leading organizations working in the field of "Integrated Electrical Network Management". Our range of products covers "low voltage" and "medium voltage" categories with flexible and versatile building blocks to suit various applications. Our unique systems operating via PLC techniques (Power Line Communication) ensures simple, reliable, and effective control and management of power resources, along with a unique customer relationship based approach.     The factory location was carefully selected in Al-Obour Industrial City, to the north east of Cairo, Egypt. Thus utilizing the distinguished geographical location of Egypt among three continents, in addition to being in the heart of the Arab & Islamic world.The premises are well designed to encapsulate a capacity of 6 million metering points per year (as a final objective), phase #1 of which is 2 million metering points per year. High speed Electronic production lines are in place with a capacity for insertion for SMD's (Surface Mount Devices) of 92000 CPH (Components per Hour). Electronic Production lines are supplied from UNIVERSAL – USA, one of the largest & most developed manufacturers of production lines worldwide. Quality management constitutes a major & embedded part in our facilities. Starting with carefully selecting our suppliers & targeting close cooperation with them, and performing regular supplier evaluation Supplier selection is followed by incoming Inspection for raw materials, which is based on Military standards MIL-105-D in conjunction with statistical analysis tools to constitute the first block in building our Quality. Our meters are tested in accordance to International Standards, such as: IEC62052-11, IEC62053-21, IEC62053-22, IEC62053-23 Calibration is performed using ZERA calibration benches equipped with reference of accuracy better than 0.015%.Products are reviewed & certified periodically by internationally recognized institutes.Our Quality Management system ha been reviewed and certified to be complying with the requirements of the ISO9001/2000 by TUV.
